The KFI Pro V-Plow System is a versatile four-part plow system designed to meet various operational needs. It consists of four major components, with a specific machine model mount and winch system required (but not included) for operation.

3. V-Plow Center Pivot Kit (#106820-CP)
   Options:
   • Option #1 (#106820-APH): Includes a Hand Held All-Control KFI remote, two Electric Hydraulic Actuators, and the necessary electrical wiring.
   • Option #2 (#106820-AP): Includes two Dash-Mounted LED-lit Rocker Switches, two Electric Hydraulic Actuators, and the necessary electrical wiring.
   • Option #3 (#106820-MP): A Manual Operation system that uses tubes and pins, allowing manual adjustment of the wings independently in three positions: In, Out, and Straight.

All three Box #4 options also include essential components like the welded push frame, push tube mounting ears, and a single plow foot kit for the center of the V-Plow system.

Key Vehicle Essentials

• Vehicle-Specific Plow Mount: You must select the correct frame mount matching your exact UTV model to attach the push frame to your chassis.
• UTV Winch Requirement: The Pro-V system utilizes your vehicle's front winch to physically raise and lower the plow assembly. If your UTV isn't equipped with one, a winch kit must be added.

1. Winch Options (System Lift Power)

The Pro-V V-plow system requires a winch to raise and lower the frame. Depending on your front bumper configuration and required pulling capacity, you can choose from these options:

• • KFI 5,000 lbs Standard Winch (AS-50x): A high-capacity pulling option built to fit standard-size utility bumpers with a 4.875-inch bolt-up pattern.
  • KFI 5,000 lbs Wide Winch (AS-50wx): Delivers identical maximum pulling capacity to the standard model but utilizes a wide-drum profile with a wider 6.60-inch bolt pattern.
  • SuperATV 6,000 lbs Winch (WN-6000): A premium, heavy-duty alternative that provides maximum lifting and pulling utility for larger side-by-sides handling high snow volume.

2. Winch Mount & Track Accessories

• • Quick Plow Pulley for Steel Cable & 12" Soft Strap (#106680 / #106470): 
    • Specifically optimized for the KFI UTV plow system. 
    • It features a large 2-1/8" steel wheel that prevents steel cable flattening and kinking. 
    • It improves lift geometry, slows down the blade lift speed for smoother control, and uses the 12" soft strap to anchor the winch hook back to the vehicle frame safely.
  • UTV Tracks Extension Bracket (#106280): 

• • • Strictly required if you intend to run the Pro-V plow on a UTV equipped with a winter track system instead of standard wheels. 
    • This heavy-duty 1/4" Grade-50 steel bracket extends the plow geometry outward by 12.25 inches, preventing the wings from contacting your tracks when angling or scooping. 
    • (Note: If you are running hydraulic actuators with tracks, you will also need two ACT-EXT actuator extensions).

3. Harness Extension - 24" Actuator Wire (#ACT-EXT)

    • Includes single extension
    • Compatible with ACT203 when track extensions push blade farther out
    • Fits straight UTV blades
    • Fits KFI Pro-V Plow System (requires 2)

4. Push Tube Leveling Kits (For Lifted UTVs)

KFI’s ideal factory mount height to the center of the plow pin is 9.5 to 11 inches off the ground. If your UTV has a suspension lift, high-clearance trailing arms, or oversized tires, you must use a Grade-50 steel leveling kit to drop the push frame connection so the plow blade remains completely level against the ground during operation:

• • Leveling Kit for 1" - 2" Lift (#106322): Corrects geometry for frames sitting 11.5" to 14" off the ground.
  • Leveling Kit for 4" Lift (#106324): Corrects geometry for heavily lifted frames sitting 14" to 16" off the ground.
  • Leveling Kit for 6" Lift (#106326): Corrects extreme geometry changes on maximum suspension lift kits.
