All newer Commander models now include a safety belt switch. This means that that the factory computer system knows when you’re not wearing your seat belt. If a belt isn't buckled, it will interrupt the ignition and limit it to 5mph. This works great for stock seat belts, but it's not so great for aftermarket 4 or 5 point harnesses that don't use the stock belt clip.This Harness OverRide Clip is used to close the open loop system and allow for you to use the full potential of your motor.
