Plastic ammo cans work good as storage boxes, and you can bolt them straight to the rack. And if you buy the ones with a rubber seal, they’ll keep whatever is inside nice and dry. A lot of riders like to use coolers as UTV storage boxes, which isn’t a bad idea at all. Just don’t skimp out on the cooler if you mount it in the rear, as heat from the exhaust tents to not play nicely with plastic. The Trailer Tongue box is another popular accessory used as a storage box. And for all ya’ll with a turbo Maverick, don’t worry, you can mount it so there’s enough distance between the box and the inter cooler to ensure that the turbo still gets enough air. Simply pull the bed bolts, drill the box, and installed the box with new bolts and fender washers inside the box so that It holds the box and the bed. Just make sure to use bolts that are long enough —3/4” to an inch should do the trick.
