This Can-Am Defender MAX upper door enclosure fills the open space above your factory half doors, turning a drafty six-seat cab into somewhere you can actually spend a cold morning. It is built for Defender MAX machines that came with factory half doors from Can-Am, and it works alongside the hard roof, windshield, and rear window you already have. Heavy-duty ballistic material wraps the roll cage and runs across the top of each half door, so nothing about how your doors operate changes. Important Fitment Notes
- Fits Defender MAX models that came with factory half doors. Fitment can only be confirmed with factory Can-Am doors — aftermarket half doors are not guaranteed to line up.
- MAX (four-door) models only. The two-door Defender uses a different enclosure.
- Your factory hard roof, windshield, and rear window need to be in place. This kit covers the upper doors only.
- Enclosures are not customized for mirrors. If you run side mirrors, you can cut the opening yourself and lightly fuse the edge with a lighter, or send the strip back to us and we will bind it at no charge.
- No guarantee of adaptation with aftermarket accessories such as mirrors, light bars, or speakers.
- No guarantee is given on self-adhesive Velcro or self-adhesive snaps holding to every surface. Pop-rivet snaps give the most positive attachment.
- Velcro and self-adhesive snaps can damage decals if applied over them. Plan placement before peeling any backing.
- Use small pieces of Velcro instead of long strips — short sections adhere better.
- Do not trailer the machine with the enclosure installed. Trailering voids the warranty.
